Coming back to our senses - Workshop

We experience the world through our senses, we make sense of the world through our senses. But how often are we paying attention to them? Do we rely on them?

Did you know that senses tell us as much about the outside world as our inside world?

In this workshop we will:

  • Reconnect to our senses with practical exercises

  • Lear how to use our senses as messengers of our inner world

  • Experience regulating our nervous system with nature

  • Find our own rhythm by listening to our body

  • Rediscover the magic that unfolds when we are present

Let’s learn from our senses, let’s experience living at our natural rhythm.

This workshop will guide you to make sense of the world in your own time and from your unique way of experiencing it.
